Nominations sought for awards celebrating construction excellence in Ireland and Northern Ireland

Time is of the essence for construction professionals across Ireland and Northern Ireland hoping to be recognised with a prestigious industry award.

The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in Ireland awards are set to be held at Croke Park, Dublin, on 18 September 2025 and scores of nominees have already put themselves forward.

Categories up for grabs include Client of the Year, Team of the Year, and Rising Star, and are open to both CIOB members and non-members.

The CIOB is urging as many construction workers as possible to submit their nominations and stand a chance of scooping up one of the accolades.

David Bolton, an award winner at CIOB in Ireland’s 2022 event, said: “Winning a CIOB Award was a proud point in my career. It not only gave me recognition, but also opened doors to new opportunities within the construction industry.

“I encourage everyone from the construction sector across Ireland and Northern Ireland to put themselves forward for this year’s awards - it’s a chance to showcase your hard work and talent on a national stage.

“Plus, the awards ceremony itself is an unforgettable evening of celebration, networking, and pride in what we, as an industry, achieve together.”
